We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our Equine team as the Equine Centre Manager at Broomfield Hall.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the equestrian centre, ensuring the highest standards of care for our horses. You will lead and mentor a dedicated team of staff and students, promoting a positive and engaging learning environment while maintaining exemplary health and safety standards. Additionally, you will develop and organise an exciting competition plan throughout the year, collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders who utilise our facilities. About You

You’ll have a minimum of two years’ experience running a large equestrian centre and a strong understanding of the equine industry. You’ll also possess strong leadership and communication skills and a level 4 professional subject qualification.
