Where you’ll work: This role is based at Hadlow College.

Your hours: 18.5 Hours per week (worked on a shift rota basis across 7 days of the week), 52 weeks per annum.

Your pay: £12,751 per annum, pro rata (£25,502 per annum full-time equivalent)

We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Senior Equine Groom to join our dedicated yard team based at our Hadlow campus in Kent.

Reporting to the Equine Yard & Events Manager, the ideal candidate will have extensive experience of equine yard operations, working with both internal and external stakeholders and the ability to maintain exceptional standards of horse husbandry and welfare. In addition to holding a minimum of Level 3 qualification in a related area alongside a recognised BHS qualification.

This role offers a great opportunity to work with Equine students and support them on their academic and industry journey, whilst training and riding horses daily as part of their duties.
